The Eilenberger Bakery is the oldest
bakery in Texas and has been operating in the same location since
1898. They offer a delightful selection of fresh-baked gourmet gifts
for any occasion. Fruitcake, brownies, butter rum cake, orange cake,
Texas pecan cake, pecan pie and more. Each cake is mixed, baked and
decorated by hand....the same way they did it in 1898 and have been
doing it ever since.
